We don't fly aircraft. We deploy airspace.

Segal Aeronautics designs and builds autonomous aerial platforms across four theaters of the air — logistics, intelligence, transportation, and the stratosphere. One airframe architecture, one autonomy stack, re-skinned to become a freighter, a sensor, or a seat.

Every airframe is surveyed, modeled, fabricated, launched, and operated as one continuous system. The spine is Vector, the autonomy stack: a Segal airframe resolves its own airspace, holds station without a cockpit crew, and reports its condition rib by rib.

Four programs carry the thesis — Segal Lift (heavy-lift airships, cargo VTOL), Segal Vigil (persistent ISR), Segal Transit (regional eVTOL), and Segal Apex (high-altitude platforms) — sharing one operations picture with the Segal naval fleet, seabed to stratosphere.

LIFT

Heavy-Lift Airships

Hybrid buoyant + vectored-electric envelopes lifting outsized cargo into austere fields — corridor-keeping, hover-discharge, no runway, no flight crew.

VTOL

Autonomous Cargo VTOL

Distributed-electric multirotor freight for mid-mile resupply — palletized modules, engine-out redundancy, charge-and-redispatch from a standard vertipad.

CONTROLLED

Persistent ISR / HALE

High-altitude long-endurance fixed-wing holding a surveillance box for 120h+ with EO/IR, SAR, and SIGINT-class masts. Controlled payloads gated by eligibility.

AEROSTAT

Tethered Aerostats

Rapid-deploy overwatch — a helium aerostat carrying a stabilized EO/IR ball, powered and datalinked up the tether, mast-up in under an hour.

eVTOL

Regional eVTOL

Quiet distributed-electric tilt-rotors moving passengers and priority cargo vertiport-to-vertiport — 250 km electric range at city and regional scale.

HAPS

High-Altitude Platforms

Solar-electric pseudo-satellites stationing at 20 km for weeks to months — comms backhaul, wide-area persistent sensing, the ground-to-orbit handoff.

LIVE

Vector Autonomy Stack

Detect-and-avoid, dynamic positioning, hover-and-discharge — certified to fly crewless on a standard sortie. Shared spine with the naval fleet's Helm.
