Privacy & enquiries

Website information

Learn how this website handles browsing and enquiries, including the information used to deliver pages, respond to messages and retain shop selections.

The scope of this notice

This notice describes the public Segal Industries corporate website, its enquiry interfaces, and the shop presented within this site. It explains the information visible to the application and the practical choices available to a visitor. Specialist division applications, payment services, fulfilment providers, and external websites can have their own interfaces and practices. When you follow a link away from the corporate site, review the information provided by the service you enter.

The corporate pages can be read without creating an account. Visiting a division or program page does not make you a customer, an investor, a patient, or a research participant. The public forms are intended to introduce a conversation, with the information needed for that first step rather than a complete confidential project record.

Browsing and page delivery

A browser sends connection information when it requests a page or an asset. This can include an IP address, the requested address, browser and device information, and information about the referring page. The website host and delivery infrastructure process requests so that pages, images, fonts, and application responses can reach your device. Operational records can also be relevant when investigating an error, abuse, or a delivery problem.

The corporate application does not embed advertising trackers or an advertising profile interface. That statement concerns the application presented here; it does not describe every setting, extension, network service, or account associated with a visitor’s browser. The cookies and storage page distinguishes connection handling from the browser storage used by the site itself.

Information you choose to submit

An enquiry can ask for your name, email address, organization, role, location, a relevant business or program, and a description of the work. A product request can include selected options and application details; an institutional partnership request can include the program, the proposed relationship, and a short brief. The particular fields are shown where the information is requested.

Provide information that you are entitled to share and keep it relevant to the enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, patient information, confidential designs, classified material, or controlled technical information in a public form. If a discussion later requires protected material, first establish an appropriate method of exchange and who is authorized to receive it.

How an enquiry is handled

The application sends submitted fields to the website’s enquiry endpoint. Server-side checks validate the form type, required fields, allowed selections, and relevant product configuration before preparing correspondence. These checks help reject incomplete or invalid requests; they do not establish a contract, verify every claim in a message, or authorize the underlying activity.

When configured, the endpoint uses Resend to transmit the enquiry to the company, with a supplied contact address available for the reply. The interface reports delivery only when the sending service accepts the request. If transmission is unavailable or fails, the page can preserve the information as a draft and present recovery options. A draft or an error state should not be read as confirmation that a person has received the message.

Shop selections and checkout

The shop retains selected product variants and quantities in local storage on your device. This lets a cart survive a page reload and is separate from an accepted order. The browser storage does not itself process payment, reserve stock, or create an account. You can remove items in the shop or clear this website’s stored data through browser controls.

When a live checkout is available, the application validates the selected catalogue items and quantities before requesting a Stripe checkout session. Payment details are entered through the payment service. Order information needed for fulfilment, including the shipping details supplied during checkout, can be passed to Printful after a successful payment event. Review the checkout information and the providers’ own privacy notices before completing a purchase.

Correspondence, access, and retention questions

A submitted message is intended to support the enquiry and the correspondence that follows it. Relevant information can be available to the company and the service providers involved in delivery, payment, fulfilment, hosting, or the operation of the website. Public forms are not a document repository or a private records portal. Please do not assume that a form submission creates a dedicated secure workspace.

This page does not specify a universal retention period for all correspondence or transaction records. The appropriate handling can depend on the record, the relationship, the service involved, and applicable requirements. If you need to ask about information you submitted, use Contact Us, identify the approximate date and the type of enquiry, and describe the request without resending sensitive information unnecessarily.

Practical choices and updates

You can browse the corporate pages without submitting a form, choose which optional enquiry details to provide, remove shop selections, and manage browser storage on your device. Blocking storage can change the persistence of a cart or the presentation of a first-visit animation. Browser privacy settings may also affect services reached through outbound links. Clearing local storage does not withdraw a message already transmitted or reverse a payment completed elsewhere.

For a correction, an access or deletion question, or a concern about an unexpected message, contact the company and provide enough non-sensitive context to identify the matter. The appropriate response depends on the record and your relationship to it; this website does not offer an automated identity-verification or privacy-request portal. This notice can change as the website’s actual services change, so revisit it when beginning a different kind of interaction.

Browsing the corporate pages

The corporate portfolio can be browsed without an account. These pages do not use advertising trackers or a marketing signup form. The hosting service processes the connection information needed to deliver the website, such as the requested address, network address, and browser information.

Sending an enquiry

Our enquiry service uses the information you provide to deliver your enquiry and enable a response. If delivery is unavailable, the form indicates that the message has not been sent. Please avoid confidential documents, controlled technical information, medical records and unnecessary sensitive personal information.

The shop and your cart

The shop stores selected product variants and quantities in your browser’s local storage so the cart can survive a page reload. You can remove items in the cart or clear the site’s stored data in your browser. Product information is fetched by the website’s server from Printful. Adding an item to a cart does not place an order.

Checkout availability and payment requirements are shown within the shop. Browsing the catalog or adding products to a cart does not complete a purchase.

External websites

Cited references, specialist sites, and social profiles are operated separately and have their own data practices. Following an external link takes you to that service.
