Segal Defense brings one company's autonomy stack to the hardest national-security problems: harden a forward site before the convoy lands, field a constellation on a brokered rideshare, run uncrewed systems where a crew can't go. Designed, fabricated, deployed, and operated end to end.

Programs of record are measured in years; the threats they answer move in weeks. Segal Defense exists to collapse that gap. The same autonomy spine Segal uses to print habitats and field spacecraft — survey, compile, fabricate, deploy, operate — is purpose-built here for contested, austere, and denied environments.

Autonomous survey & compile

Sensors resolve a site or orbit to tolerance in GPS-degraded and denied conditions, then compile the model straight to machine toolpath or flight software — no reachback required.

Fabricate from local material

Large-format printing of hardened structures from material found on site; vertically integrated manufacture of satellite hardware for orbit. The logistics tail stops being the single point of failure.

Deploy without a crew exposed

Machines survey, build, and commission a forward site before personnel arrive; missions broker launch and reach orbit without a standing army on the pad. Fewer people in the threat envelope.

Rampart

Hardened forward operating site printed in 68 hours, geopolymer mix. Autonomous survey to sealed, blast-rated shells with a two-person finishing team — a battalion-scale site standing before the main body's arrival.

Quickstrike

Printed expeditionary runway repair and matting from local aggregate. Closed-loop rapid runway-damage repair: autonomous survey of the cratered surface, compiled toolpath, and printed structural fill certified layer by layer.
