Terms of use

Website information

These terms apply to the Segal Industries website. Project, product and partnership agreements are established separately in writing with the relevant business.

The purpose of the public site

The Segal Industries website introduces the company, its businesses, programs, technical interests, and routes for correspondence. It helps a visitor understand the work and find an appropriate next step. Public descriptions, images, configurations, and enquiries form part of that introduction; they do not by themselves establish a purchase contract, a professional engagement, a partnership, an employment relationship, or an investment allocation.

Read the information in the context of the particular page and application. A program description explains a role and a development direction. A configuration organizes a proposed set of requirements. A specialist application can have more detailed workflow rules. Where a binding scope, specification, authorization, price, or acceptance condition is needed, confirm it through the appropriate separate process.

Technical information and expectations

Engineering depends on the intended use and the conditions around a system. Dimensions, interfaces, operating environments, supply conditions, installation requirements, and the evidence needed for acceptance can change the suitability of a proposed solution. Do not infer a complete specification or a guarantee of fitness from an image, a short description, or an example configuration.

Public information is a starting point for discussion. A simulation, a calculation, an estimate, a component result, and a completed integrated system each support a different kind of conclusion. Certification, regulatory status, availability, delivery, performance, and project readiness need confirmation for the specific application. A reference to a capability elsewhere in the portfolio does not automatically establish that it is included in a particular offer.

Using the enquiry interfaces

Provide accurate contact information and an enquiry you are authorized to make. Describe the relevant business, the objective, and the main constraints. The application can validate required fields and permitted selections, but it cannot establish the truth of every statement or determine whether you have permission to share a document, design, or dataset. That responsibility remains with the person providing the information.

Keep confidential, classified, controlled, patient, and highly sensitive personal information out of public forms. Do not submit credentials, payment instructions, identity documents, malicious content, or material that infringes another party’s rights. An enquiry begins correspondence. It does not reserve equipment, authorize a mission, enroll a patient, start a research protocol, or bind either party to a commercial arrangement.

Configuration requests and orders

Product and program forms can organize required selections before a request is sent. A completed review summary records the choices entered in that interface; it is not a signed specification, an accepted quotation, or a production reservation. A successful transmission state confirms the sending service’s acceptance of the message, rather than a human review or an agreement to supply the selected equipment.

Some specialist applications support their own quotations, calculations, compliance checks, or ordering flows. Read the information presented in the application you are using. Do not assume that a configuration on the corporate site establishes pricing or eligibility in a separate application. Any commercial commitment depends on the applicable terms and the confirmation provided through the actual transaction process.

Shop purchases

The gift shop is separate from a corporate product enquiry. Its cart retains selected product variants and quantities in the browser. Adding a product to that cart does not complete a purchase, guarantee continued availability, or reserve inventory. The server checks catalogue items and quantities when a checkout session is requested. Preview items may be shown when purchasing is not enabled.

When a live checkout is available, review the product, quantity, currency, shipping information, applicable tax, and total shown during the payment flow before choosing to pay. Stripe provides the hosted payment interface, and Printful can receive the information needed to fulfil a successfully paid order. The information and terms shown in those services apply to their respective parts of the transaction. An unavailable or cancelled checkout is not a completed purchase.

Brand, content, and outbound links

The Segal name, official marks, website text, program imagery, and other site materials are presented as part of the company’s public identity unless another source is identified. You may link to public pages in a way that accurately describes the destination. Linking does not grant a licence to use the brand as your own, imply a partnership, or reproduce website material as an endorsement of another product.

Outbound links can lead to specialist applications, business websites, reference materials, social profiles, or independent services. Their availability, content, and practices can change. A link is a route to additional information rather than a promise that every destination is operated under identical terms. Confirm the destination and its own requirements before submitting information or taking a transactional action.

Questions, corrections, and formal arrangements

If a page appears inaccurate or unclear, identify the address and the particular statement or interaction in an enquiry. Include enough context to explain the issue without sending a protected project record. If you are relying on a specification, price, availability statement, or representation for a material decision, request the current applicable information directly.

These website terms describe public use of the site; they do not replace a separate agreement that governs an actual relationship or transaction. If a contract specifies a notice address, approval procedure, or dispute process, follow that agreement rather than treating an ordinary public form as a substitute. The website may change as programs, applications, and public information develop. Continuing a discussion should therefore use the relevant current records and the confirmations actually provided by the parties.

Website information

This website provides information about Segal Industries, its businesses and development programs. Descriptions, diagrams and catalogs do not constitute a quotation, warranty or confirmation of product availability or readiness for deployment.

Enquiries

Contact Us to reach the company. Submitting an enquiry begins a discussion; it does not reserve inventory, authorise a program or establish a contract. Please exclude confidential, controlled and patient information.

The shop

The shop cart stores your product selections in the browser. Adding an item does not place an order or complete a purchase. Checkout availability and payment requirements are shown within the storefront.

Brand and website materials

The Segal name, brand marks and website materials belong to Segal Industries unless otherwise indicated. You may link to public pages, but must not reproduce the brand or website content in another product or site as your own.

Other sites

Business websites, external products and social profiles may be operated separately. Their own terms apply when you visit them.
