ClearView pairs a panchromatic image with multispectral context, and sends down the frames that are worth keeping.

An image begins with more than a camera. Optics, detector response, line of sight, thermal stability, and the spacecraft's motion all affect the observation. The mission must also define how a collection is scheduled, processed, stored, and delivered to the people who need the result.

    Optics, pointing, and orbit are designed as one collection system.

  • Multispectral

    Color bands sit alongside the panchromatic picture.

  • Downlink

    Onboard screening keeps cloud and empty frames off the link.
