Foundry Ring is a place to build large structures and to house the crew doing that work.

A rotating habitat connects living space with a larger mechanical and operational system. Structure, balance, access, utilities, and the relationship between rotating and stationary elements require a shared design. Assembly and servicing are considered from the beginning, alongside the work and habitation the ring would support.

    The ring is a worksite for structures that do not fit in one launch.
