SF-150
Segal AerospaceESPA-class smallsat bus
An ESPA-class spacecraft for Earth observation, communications, and sensing.
What you get.
Segal Aerospace
Power, data, and the payload interface are designed together, so the instrument and the bus are one spacecraft.
The payload defines the platform: what it observes, how steadily it must point, and how much information must reach the ground. Mechanical, electrical, thermal, and data interfaces belong in the same design conversation, together with the orbit, operating life, and plan for the end of the mission.
Payload interface
Mechanical, power, and data interfaces are common across payloads.
Onboard processing
Collection and downlink are planned with the compute on the spacecraft.
Orbit keeping
Propulsion is part of the design for station-keeping and disposal.
