SF-500 is the bus for payloads that need more power, more pointing authority, and more room.

Radar and communications instruments change the balance of the entire vehicle. Power generation and storage, radiator area, structural stiffness, and attitude control must be considered together. SF-500 addresses that integration problem around the payload's collection schedule and the resources available during each orbit.

  • Power and heat

    Generation, storage, and thermal control are sized with the payload.

  • Pointing

    The spacecraft can retarget during a pass.

  • Heavy instruments

    Radar and large communications terminals are part of the design.
