Product identity, change control, packaging and supply responsibilities are established before a run is agreed. Sampling, release documentation, lot traceability, handling and delivery arrangements follow the application. The supply program specifies what is produced and what evidence accompanies it without implying an unverified grade or regulatory authorization.
