Segal Materials
Composite Profiles develops tubes, channels, and other sections around the load path, manufacturing route, and the way the part joins the surrounding assembly. The material and its geometry are treated together. Reference section envelopes organize the first design discussion. Layup or material construction, connections, tolerances, environmental behavior, and inspection requirements are established for the finished component.
Application
The intended use and installation or production interfaces define the product brief.
Specification
Materials, dimensions, acceptance criteria, and documentation follow the client’s requirements.
Delivery
Scope, supply arrangements, and integration are agreed during quotation.
Compact section brief
Section envelope: 50 × 50 mm. Reference length: 3,000 mm. Basis: Proposed section; wall construction and properties developed for the part
Large section brief
Section envelope: 150 × 150 mm. Reference length: 6,000 mm. Basis: Proposed section; load and connection requirements specified separately
