Segal Materials

Sandwich Cores connects the internal cellular or foam structure with skins, bond lines, edges and attachment zones. Core selection follows the component’s loads, environment and manufacturing route rather than a decorative surface treatment. Thickness, machining, inserts, moisture exposure and joining details are coordinated with the assembled component. The development program establishes the material and verification brief; final structural and environmental properties follow application testing.
