Segal Materials
Structural Panels develops the relationship between face material, core, bonding, edges, and attachment interfaces. The intended load path, environment, manufacturing route, and assembly define the panel brief. Reference panel formats support initial layout and packaging decisions. Structural properties, fire behavior, durability, connection design, and acceptance are established through engineering and testing for the actual assembly.

The intended use and installation or production interfaces define the product brief.
Specification
Materials, dimensions, acceptance criteria, and documentation follow the client’s requirements.
Delivery
Scope, supply arrangements, and integration are agreed during quotation.
Standard panel brief
Width: 1,200 mm. Length: 2,400 mm. Thickness: Defined for the assembly. Basis: Proposed panel format; material properties verified for the application
Large panel brief
Width: 1,500 mm. Length: 3,000 mm. Thickness: Defined for the assembly. Basis: Proposed panel format; joining and handling specified separately
