Segal Research
Instrument Development connects sensing, specimen handling, actuation, acquisition and operator access in a research apparatus. The work starts with the quantity to be measured and the controls needed to interpret it. Mechanical design, controls, software and calibration planning are coordinated with the research method. The delivery scope includes the operating sequence, uncertainty questions, maintenance access and a documented handover to the people using the system.
