Fabric, patterns, grading, cutting, assembly, and finishing are developed around the client’s product. Construction details, fit samples, size sets, and labeling belong in the same production brief. Color, surface handling, finishing, and conversion follow the substrate and its next use. The intended appearance, downstream process, and acceptance measurements establish the work package.
